At Prīti, we want you to be completely delighted with your handcrafted 999 fine silver jewelry. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange unworn Prīti jewelry in its original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, including the Prīti pouch and any tags.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact Us:
* To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@priti.world within 14 days of receiving your order. * In your email, include your order number and clearly state whether you would like a return or an exchange for a different item. Please specify the new item if it's an exchange.
2. Return Authorization:
* Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
* Please do not send your item back without an RA number, as we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
3. Packaging Your Return:
* Securely package your item in its original Prīti packaging to prevent damage during transit.
* Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping Your Return:
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service and monitor the shipping status closely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-10 business days.

Declined: If the item does not meet our return conditions (e.g., it is worn, damaged, or not in original packaging), we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@priti.world.
Exchanges
If you requested an exchange, once your returned item is approved, we will ship the new item to you. You will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items and any re-shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Prīti jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@priti.world with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange for a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with our 5-year warranty policy.
